Seattle Seahawks Secure Play-off Spot with Nail-biting Extra Time Victory over Rams.

The Seattle Seahawks staged a stunning comeback to overcome the Rams in extra time, securing their spot in the postseason.
Overcoming a sixteen-point hole in the final period, the Seahawks triumphed 38-37 at home, registering their fifth straight win.
While the Rams had become the first to earn a playoff spot earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks booked their return to the play-offs after a 24-month absence.
With this result, the Seattle now lead their division's race with a 12-3 record, replacing the Rams, who fell to the fifth playoff position with an 11-4 standing.
Game Highlights
Signal-caller Sam Darnold threw two picks but regrouped to make two touchdown passes, including the second TD to wideout Smith-Njigba in overtime.
The Rams held a six-point lead at the break before Walker burst through for a 55-yard scoring dash for the home side.
Los Angeles defensive back Josh Wallace then took back Darnold's initial interception for a big return, setting up a one-yard score by Blake Corum on the ensuing snap.
In the fourth quarter, a scoring pass from Matthew Stafford to Nacua pushed the advantage to 30-14, but Shaheed ignited the comeback with a spectacular return for a score.
Darnold then found AJ Barner in the end zone, and a successful conversion forced the game into overtime.
Although Nacua raced in for his another touchdown in overtime, Smith-Njigba responded in kind to set up the decisive conversion.

- Jaxon Smith-Njigba finished with 96 receiving yards and the crucial touchdown.
- The 23-year-old now leads the NFL with 1,541 yards for the campaign.
- Nacua is second with 1,367 yards, after claiming a career-high 225 yards on twelve receptions in this contest.
